Who are Arabis Same Day Couriers?

Established in 1992, Arabis Couriers Ltd is an independent company, offering safe, secure and personal courier services to customers across Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We have an office located at Coalville in Leicestershire however our team are constantly delivering and servicing businesses in the East Midlands so we are always out and about. We can deliver anything from letters to multiple pallets. We offer a same day dedicated courier service at an affordable price.

Here are answers to some common questions.

Why do I need the postcode when booking a courier?

By supplying us with a postcode we can give you a more accurate quote if required – otherwise no postcode is required at booking as long as the full delivery address including postcode is supplied to the driver.
How do I know my package will be safe?

We only ever have your consignment on our vehicle, so there is no chance of it being “lost”. Your items stay on the vehicle that collects to the delivery point. But just for your peace of mind we have £25k Goods In Transit insurance.
My customer says he never received the package, can you help?

We can ALWAYS provide a POD (Proof Of Delivery). We can either email a copy through or verbally confirm when, where and who signed for the goods.
Can I contact you after the office is closed?

We are always contactable. We NEVER close – we are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
What can I do if there is a change of plan after you have collected?

Just contact us and let us know what the changes are and we will accommodate as best we can.
Is there a size or weight limit to my consignment?

We are able to transport anything from a letter through to 10 pallets.
How can I pay for a courier if I don't have an account?

We welcome cash, cheque or bank transfer.
How quickly can you collect my parcel?

We aim to collect within 30 minutes of your call – or sooner. If we are unable to do this we will advise at the time and let you know what time we will be able to collect.
I don't want my customer to know that the goods where collected from a 3rd party, can you help?

Absolutely, we do not divulge any information to third parties. We are discrete and 100% trustworthy.
How do I know what size vehicle I need?

We will help you decide what size vehicle you need, if you’re not sure. You tell us what needs moving, and preferably weight and dimensions and we will confirm what vehicle is required.
